I like to eat my fish steamed more than fried....today i suddenly remembered this monstrous looking fish that i ate in Vietnam called "elephant ear" fish. They fried the fish with the scales still on and i thought the final result looked pretty gruesome. The fish came together with this big ball of air. oh, please don't get me wrong k. Most of my meals in Vietnam was really good and value for money. Just that this one kind of stood out a little in the wrong way.
